In June, Americans of Portuguese heritage join together with others throughout the world in a celebration of Portuguese culture – Dia de Portugal, de Camões e das Comunidades Portuguesas.

 

In Rhode Island, Day of Portugal has been celebrated since 1978 marking 2023 our 46th Year.

Each second Saturday and Sunday in June, RI Day of Portugal brings on a Festival with entertainment of musical artists from our community and Portugal, Portuguese food, traditional folklore, and a parade.

This is a festival where families and everyone in the community we work and live come together.
